There’s a lot of nuts and bolts type production and technical skills that I am hands-on with for most projects.
WHAT TOOLS DO YOU USE?
Every instrument imaginable, Avid Pro Tools, and amazingly talented humans (a.k.a. musicians/composers/vocalists).
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PART OF THE JOB?
I love the fact that I could be working on a jazz track in the morning, an orchestral piece in the afternoon and an electronic cut in the evening. It’s always changing.
WHAT’S YOUR LEAST FAVORITE?
I make music everyday for a living … kind of hard to find something to complain about.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TIME OF THE DAY?
Anytime we are making music is a good time for me.
IF YOU DIDN’T HAVE THIS JOB, WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING INSTEAD?
I would be producing and mixing bands/artists.
HOW EARLY ON DID YOU KNOW THIS WOULD BE YOUR PATH?
Music as a career was a goal from about age 10. That’s when I started playing piano and learning about music technology.

Nissan Rogue Imagination, Reebok Live Free Range, Audi Swim and Southwest Airlines Swagger.
WHAT IS THE PROJECT THAT YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF?
There are so many that we have worked on over the years. We worked on a great Toyota spot for the Super Bowl called How Great I Am, featuring some iconic recordings of Muhammad Ali.

Pro Tools, great studio monitors and my laptop.
WHAT DO YOU DO TO DE-STRESS FROM IT ALL?
Spend as much time as possible with my family.
