CAN YOU DESCRIBE YOUR COMPANY?
Audio post production company.
WHAT’S YOUR JOB TITLE?
WHAT DOES THAT ENTAIL?
Overseeing production, sales and personnel.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PART OF THE JOB?
Talking to clients/colleagues. Taking time to create meaningful relationships with clients/colleagues. It is a small industry and we’ve watched each other grow, move, change and evolve in so many ways. We are all dealing with similar issues and that gives us an opportunity to connect.
WHAT’S YOUR LEAST FAVORITE?
Talking to cost consultants.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TIME OF THE DAY?
6am. When the sun is barely there. My time. I read the papers and run along the East River. Running, spinning and yoga help me re-energize when I’m motivated to do it. Weekends are for sleeping in though.
IF YOU DIDN’T HAVE THIS JOB, WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING INSTEAD?
Hmm.. good question. I enjoy what I do and I balance it with some creative advocacy work. I guess maybe doing more of that, something that would inspire advocacy and action. In college I co-hosted a show on a channel with maybe three viewers (fortunately) so maybe I would explore journalism. That would be a challenge. I’d also squeeze in more time to travel.
At Heard City we recently worked on the hilarious Dish campaign with Barton F Graf, the beautiful John Legend spots for Chevy through Spike DDB and the Reebok spots directed by O Positive and produced by BBDO.
